These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pk12 platform — including all online casino games, sports betting services, promotions, and account features available at pk12. All promotional bonuses on pk12 are subject to wagering requirements, game restrictions, and time limits as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. pk12 may request identity documentation before processing a withdrawal. The name on your pk12 account must match the name on your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
pk12 provides deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits, and self-exclusion options to all account holders. Using these tools is your right. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and pk12 will not contact excluded players with promotional material during the exclusion period.
Fraudulent activity, use of software tools, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage, collusion in poker or live games, money laundering, and abuse of promotions are all strictly prohibited on pk12. Any of these actions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

By accessing the pk12 platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your acceptance of these Terms is a condition of using pk12.
These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, and the pk12 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail for that promotion only.
If you access pk12 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. However, pk12 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable — each Account must be operated solely by the registered Account holder.
To register and maintain an Account on pk12, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
pk12 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one Account. If pk12 identifies duplicate Accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any promotional bonuses obtained through the duplicate Accounts will be voided. Real-money balances in duplicate Accounts may be consolidated into a single verified Account at pk12's discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk12 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel.
You must notify pk12 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or if you believe your credentials have been compromised. pk12 accepts no liability for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
pk12 recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through their Account security settings. The use of easily guessable passwords or sharing of Account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
All Account activity conducted using valid login credentials is deemed to have been conducted by the registered Account holder. pk12 is not liable for transactions, bets, or withdrawals processed under valid credentials regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you, provided that pk12 has taken reasonable steps to secure the platform.
pk12 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300 (or equivalent in USDT). Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. pk12 reserves the right to return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and to suspend the associated pk12 Account pending investigation.
Deposits made in PKR are credited to your Account in PKR. USDT deposits are subject to a conversion rate or are held as a USDT balance as displayed in your Account at the time of deposit. pk12 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate for cryptocurrency deposits.
pk12 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may charge their own transaction fees independently of pk12. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have been fully verified through the KYC process. pk12 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same Account and in the same name as the registered Account holder. Withdrawal requests to payment accounts that do not match the Account registration name will not be processed.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 (or equivalent in USDT). pk12 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets within minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking business days. USDT withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times.
pk12 may apply a withdrawal review period of up to 48 hours for large withdrawals or where additional verification is required. Players will be notified if their withdrawal has been placed under review. pk12 will not unreasonably delay the processing of legitimate withdrawal requests from verified Accounts.
Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements. Only the portion of a Balance not subject to active wagering requirements may be withdrawn as real-money funds. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will result in the relevant Bonus Funds and derived winnings being voided.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pk12 promotions:
pk12 does not permit Players to abuse promotional offers. Signs of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, and co-ordinating with other Players to reduce risk. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, pk12 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the Player's Balance. Game results displayed on your device are the definitive results; results displayed on pk12's server logs take precedence in the event of any discrepancy between client and server records.
Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. A bet is confirmed only when pk12 issues a confirmation to the Player and the stake has been deducted from the Player's Balance. Any bets placed on events for which a result was already known at the time of placement will be voided.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk12 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, any Balance or pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and relevant information disclosed to law enforcement authorities where required by law:
pk12 employs fraud detection systems that monitor Account and transaction activity in real time. Accounts flagged by these systems are subject to additional review before deposits are accepted or withdrawals processed.
pk12 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Player welfare seriously. pk12 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and provides a range of responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible from within the Account settings dashboard.
Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time alerts, loss limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), cooling-off periods (temporary Account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 months), and self-exclusion (permanent Account closure).
Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the duration of the elected exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, pk12 will not send promotional communications to the excluded Account holder and will not permit the excluded individual to register a new Account on pk12.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk12 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk12 platform without prior written authorisation from pk12.
Any unauthorised use of pk12's intellectual property may result in Account closure and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk12 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with the use of the pk12 platform, including but not limited to:
pk12's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a specific event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits pk12's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The pk12 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk12 does not warrant uninterrupted access to the platform and reserves the right to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance that may result in temporary unavailability of services.
Players may close their pk12 Account at any time by contacting the support team through the Account dashboard. Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance (net of active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
pk12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to proven fraud or serious breach of these Terms, pk12 reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the pk12 service, you should contact the pk12 support team in the first instance through the live chat portal available inside your Account dashboard. The support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly.
If your complaint cannot be resolved through the initial support channel, you may escalate it to pk12's formal internal complaints process by submitting a written complaint through your Account. pk12 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.
If you remain dissatisfied with pk12's response to a formal complaint, you may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under pk12's international gaming licence. Details of the relevant dispute resolution body are available from pk12's support team upon request.
Any dispute regarding a specific game result or sports betting settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised outside this period may not be investigated.
pk12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk12 will notify registered Players through a notice posted on the pk12 platform or, where possible, via the contact information associated with their Account, with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the pk12 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account, whereupon your verified Balance will be returned to you as described in Section 13 above.
The current version of these Terms is always accessible through the pk12 website. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk12 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Where local mandatory consumer protection law in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction confers rights on Players that cannot be excluded by this governing law clause, those mandatory rights are not affected by this provision.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law by a competent court or authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
